Employer Industry: Higher Education Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverages • Flexible remote work environment • Engage in impactful research that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion • Collaborate with a diverse range of faculty and students • Contribute to creating inclusive and accessible online course content What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Develop and teach online courses in health professions education while ensuring inclusivity and accessibility • Support faculty and students in doctoral research project planning and data analysis • Advise fellow faculty in data analysis techniques and methodologies • Conduct professional scholarship and service activities to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure equitable course delivery practices What Is Required (Qualifications) • Doctoral degree and/or PhD with at least 18 credit hours in higher education curriculum and instruction • Minimum of 2 years of online teaching experience in higher education • At least 2 years of experience in online course development focused on inclusivity • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis, including SPSS • Demonstrated commitment to teaching diverse student populations, including those from underrepresented groups How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Clinical background and experience in teaching health professions education and research methods • Coursework or professional development in DEI-related topics • Experience conducting primary research on health disparities or social determinants of health • History of professional presentations and peer-reviewed publications related to health professions education #HigherEducation #RemoteWork #DiversityEquityInclusion #CareerOpportunity #TeachingJobs We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
