Copyeditor / Proofreader (Pharmaceutical / Medical)Responsibilities: • Edit and proofread copy for assigned brands and other projects. • Fact-check copy using reliable sources, ensuring accuracy and credibility. • Collaborate effectively with the Editorial Director and team to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines. • Prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently to deliver high-quality work. • Develop a deep understanding of assigned brands and product categories. • Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and minimize errors. • Mentor junior team members and freelancers to uphold editorial standards. • Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. • Create and maintain brand style guides and bibliographies. • Adhere to AMA style and other editorial styles as required by brand needs.
