Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital analytics strategy for The Walt Disney Company, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Lead a team of digital analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital platforms and channels, including websites, mobile apps, and social media. Utilize various tools and techniques to track and measure website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, providing insights to drive business decisions. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to communicate digital performance to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement digital analytics best practices and standards across the organization. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital analytics techniques, and proactively make recommendations for improvements to our digital presence. Utilize data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth across all digital channels, including website content, user experience, and marketing campaigns. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to improve website performance and user engagement. Develop and manage budgets and resources for digital analytics initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. Act as a subject matter expert in digital analytics, providing guidance and training to team members and other teams within the organization. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making, encouraging a mindset of continuous improvement and optimization across all digital touchpoints.
