In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and service via phone and online chat. Responsibilities • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and online chat in a timely manner. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy. • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions. • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries were resolved satisfactorily. • Collaborate with team members to share information and enhance service delivery. • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus. • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a telechat or call center environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including chat systems. • A positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers find solutions.
