Position: Customer Service Data Rep Location: Durham, NC (Fully Remote) Pay: $18/hour Experience: 1 to 2 years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of related education, training and experience Education: High school diploma or GED Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday – Friday, Flexible scheduling available between 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Greene Resources is seeking a Customer Service Data Rep to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description: • Using internet databases and research systems to locate and identify points of contact for program participants • Data entry of case information into case management system • Engage and respond to participants by following a scripted questionnaire to collect research data via phone • Communicate the goals of the survey to participants and explain why their participation is valuable; encourage participation from those who have previously chosen not to participate • Attend all mandatory training sessions related to survey data collection • Maintain quality standards for data collection Position Requirements: • Quiet, disruption-free workspace to preserve sound quality, protecting confidential information • High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed (To determine internet speed, go to speedtest.net and run the application) • Access to personal email and phone (either landline or cell) • Ability to engage and persuade stakeholders successfully • Excellent computer skills and experience maneuvering between multiple programs/systems • Ability to interact comfortably and professionally with a variety of people • Comfortable being on camera for meetings, training, and/or one-on-one meetings • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Strong attention to detail • Effective time management and ability to work independently as required Greene Resources does not just connect you with a job; we offer a Professional Mentoring & Education Program to help you be great at your job, love it, and grow.
