Key Responsibilities Strategically develop, implement, and enhance paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Collaborate with media buyers and analysts to optimize return on investment and maintain account integrity, leveraging insights from A/B testing and performance metrics. Regularly analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and generate comprehensive reports that highlight successes and areas for improvement. Assist in broadening our platform reach by exploring additional channels, including Bing, Pinterest, and programmatic advertising, to amplify client impact. Foster open communication and strategic collaboration with team members to deliver effective advertising solutions. Required Skills Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in paid media, particularly with Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager, whether managing individual accounts or portfolios in-house or within an agency. Strong analytical capabilities combined with hands-on experience in campaign management, ad purchasing, and strategic planning. Familiarity with other advertising platforms such as Bing or Pinterest is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, thriving in a team-oriented setting. Qualifications Proven experience of at least 2 years in managing paid media accounts, especially with proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager. A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline is preferred.
