Job Description

As a Remote Live Chat Agent at Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service through live chat support. Responsibilities – Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner. – Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services. – Assist customers with online booking and troubleshooting technical issues. – Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines’ products and services. – Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records. – Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve company goals.
