Job Description

As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you will be a key player in delivering world-class service to our customers. Keep records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents. 5. Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. 7. Update customer information and maintain accurate data records.
