Description The Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) team strives to guarantee customers a trustworthy shopping and ordering experience so they can shop with confidence on Amazon. We do this by (1) eliminating catalog defects, (2) ensuring listings are compliant with Amazon’s selling policies, (3) helping customers find selling partners that have a good ordering and fulfillment record, (4) ensuring customers receive authentic products in the condition they expect, and (5) in the rare chance the order experience does not meet customer expectations, protecting them by making things right with our A-to-z Guarantee. Our selling partners are also our customers and we work hard to educate and support them to facilitate a positive and friction-free selling partner experience. As Learning Experience Design team, we improve Learner Capabilities and Performance through continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice through case studies, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and by measuring the learner experience through Voice of Customer feedback mechanisms and curriculum evaluation. We create trainings that help develop essential skills, critical thinking and support the new hire experience. We create and maintain progression paths, and ensure high performance of learners through a robust assessment and certification strategy. We ensure the quality our training materials with established criteria and mechanisms in place across the team. Core Process Trainings: We work with Operations, Business, Program & Training Delivery teams to identify scope of training through a standardized job-analysis process to support investigators/associates through their lifecycle. We use modalities such as instructor-led, blended & independent learning to build quality learning experiences and periodically evaluate them to assess effectiveness. New Hire: We develop foundational training content to support new hires and help them prepare to perform the tasks and activities related to their role. Upskill: Content developed to support training for tenured associates/investigators on new set of skills defined as per the progression path. Specialty Queue: Content developed to support training for tenured investigators/associates on specialized/ring-fenced/complex skills. Cross-Skill: Customized content created to support training for associates/investigators on cross-vertical/functional skills. Continuing Education: Content developed to support training for associates/investigators during ramp/nesting phase and refresher training developed to reinforce critical concepts & procedures identified through targeted analysis. Business Initiatives: We consult with our stakeholders to review & identify training needs to support business initiatives such as store launches & expansions, product & tool development, automation & machine translation, process & policy launches/updates. Defect Reduction: Training solutions and consultation focused on addressing and preventing associate/investigator-controllable defects. Maintenance: We carry out Proactive (planned & scheduled) and Reactive (business requested) maintenance updates to core process training content and support changes to SOPs, processes, or tools. Specialized Programs: We develop content to support training for investigators on specialized programs such as - Critical Thinking, Essential Skills , Seller Vision, New Hire Experience, Data Security and Privacy Education. Key job responsibilities • Design and develop learning solutions and programs applying adult learning principles and systematic. • Instructional design to create learning content that best fits the needs of the learner and business. • Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to largescale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently. • Conduct analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics. • Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Operations, Quality, and Compliance, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content. • Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles. • Collaborate with a global team of learning design professionals to develop learner engagement strategies, evaluation plans, and process improvement initiatives. Basic Qualifications • 2+ years of program or project management experience • 2+ years of working experience in Instructional Design. • Working experience in Articulate Storyline and PowerPoint presentations. • Experience in deploying learning content in LMS. • Ability to collaborate with SMEs, global stakeholders, and managers. • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document. Preferred Qualifications • Ability to work comfortably on time-bound projects with multiple priorities; proven ability to prioritize effectively and well-developed time management skills which allows for project management from creation to execution. • Proficiency in adult learning instructional design methods and best practices, as well as producing robust learning solutions in a variety of modalities. • A proven track record of managing low-medium complex projects, balancing shifting priorities to meet timelines, and quality requirements. • Familiarity with SCORM files, setting up Learning Management System (LMS) portals and managing enrollment. • Proficient with e-learning tools such as Articulate 360 suite or Adobe Captivate; Camtasia, Vyond, and Canva.
