Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate (US Shift) to join our sales team. The BDA will be responsible for lead generation, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone on a day to day basis. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong understanding of the company’s offerings. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads by gathering information and assessing customer needs. • Outbound Sales Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends. • Sales Pitching: Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers in a compelling manner. • Objection Handling: Address and overcome objections from customers to close sales. • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to nurture leads through the sales process. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Sales Tracking: Record and track sales activities, call outcomes, and customer interactions using CRM software. • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales performance. • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to the Sales Manager. • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • Proven experience as a Business Development Associate or in a similar sales/customer service role. • Minimum 3 years of experience is preferred. Additional Requirements: • Flexibility to work different shifts or hours as needed. • A positive attitude and strong work ethic. • Will be working in the US shift.
