Job Summary: As a Chat Support Associate at Source One Technology, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via live chat. You'll respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide product information to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer live chats in a timely and professional manner. • Resolve Technical Issues: Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers via live chat. • Provide Product Information: Offer product information, pricing, and availability to customers. • Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues. • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required. • Customer Service Experience: 0-1 year of customer service experience (entry-level). • Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. • Reliable Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps. • Quiet and Dedicated Workspace: A quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.
