This role involves strategically assigning requirements to recruiters, managing workloads, and monitoring team performance against targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on meeting recruitment goals, optimizing processes, and ensuring high client satisfaction in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Assignment of Requisitions: • Analyze client requirements and strategically assign them to recruiters based on expertise, capacity, and performance metrics. • Prioritize urgent and critical requisitions to align with client needs and deadlines. • Performance and Target Management: • Set performance benchmarks and targets for the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with organizational and client goals. • Monitor individual and team performance against defined KPIs such as time-to-fill, submission rates, and placement success. • Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to help recruiters achieve and exceed their targets. • Workload Optimization: • Balance recruiter workloads to maximize efficiency while maintaining quality in delivery. • Reallocate requisitions as needed to ensure all positions are covered effectively and within deadlines. • Data-Driven Decision Making: • Use data from ATS platforms like CEIPAL, Bullhorn, or Workday to track team productivity and recruitment metrics. • Generate detailed reports on performance, requisition progress, and client satisfaction to guide decision-making and identify improvement areas. • Team Leadership and Motivation: • Act as a mentor and motivator to the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture. • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate achievements. • Client Coverage Assurance: • Ensure all client requisitions are addressed with a focus on timeliness and quality. • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to unmet targets or recruitment challenges. • Process Optimization and Compliance: • Identify inefficiencies in recruitment workflows and implement improvements to enhance productivity and outcomes. • Ensure adherence to recruitment best practices and compliance with client-specific and organizational standards. Requirements: • Experience: • 4+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, workforce planning, or talent acquisition in a performance-driven environment. • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and track performance metrics effectively. • Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Skills: • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to motivate and guide teams. • Proficiency in using ATS platforms like CEIPAL, Bullhorn, or Workday for tracking and reporting performance. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
