Key Responsibilities • Accurately maintain and update logistics data for designated vendors in a timely manner. • Identify and resolve challenges related to vendor or local deliveries. • Engage in clear communication with vendors to address issues and modify delivery schedules as necessary. • Escalate complex challenges to supervisors for prompt resolution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rectify any inaccuracies in merchant data. • Collect item-level data from merchants and ensure alignment with internal item numbers and descriptions.
