Develop comprehensive lesson plans that adhere to established curriculum standards for each class. Monitor and assess student progress, grades, and overall performance to ensure successful outcomes in their courses. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in creating engaging online lessons and utilizing virtual teaching platforms. Capability to design lesson plans that meet curricular guidelines. Strong relationship-building skills to enhance the educational experience for students. Qualifications Must possess a valid, state-issued public teaching certification relevant to the subject area. A Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution is required. Participation in a Virtual Skills Teaching Demonstration and a background check is mandatory upon application.
