Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system. Provide product or service information to help customers make informed decisions. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency. What Were Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer service or a related field (preferred but not required). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
