Remote Mental Health Therapist - Private Practice | WFH

Job Overview We are a progressive and nurturing mental health practice actively searching for a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Therapist to become a vital part of our expanding team. This position offers the flexibility of conducting both video telehealth and in-person sessions at our facilities, allowing you to make a significant difference in a variety of client experiences. Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. • Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, adapting methodologies to meet client-specific needs and preferences. • Keep meticulous and current client documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our practice protocols. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients. • Adhere to professional and ethical standards established by the APA or NASW, as applicable to your licensure. Required Skills • Strong diagnostic and assessment capabilities, with experience working with diverse populations. • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or ACT. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on establishing trust and rapport with clients. • Ability to work autonomously while also functioning effectively within a team environment. Qualifications • A Master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution. • Current licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Arizona. • Previous experience in a therapeutic setting is preferred.
