Job Overview We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Instructional Support Assistants. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with lead teachers to cultivate an engaging and effective learning atmosphere. • Assist in delivering lesson plans and reinforcing learning concepts in both small group and one-on-one settings. • Support students in maintaining focus, adhering to classroom routines, and exhibiting positive behavior. • Contribute to classroom management by implementing effective learning strategies and upholding classroom guidelines. • Aid in maintaining accurate student records and tracking individual progress. • Provide tailored support through individualized instruction aimed at addressing specific academic needs with research-backed interventions. • Facilitate open communication between teachers and families, participating in team meetings and sharing insights regarding student development. • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching methods and meet the diverse needs of students. • Assist with various administrative tasks, including lunch/recess duties, arrival/dismissal procedures, and general classroom preparation. Required Skills • Strong oral communication abilities. • Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Qualifications • A minimum of two years of college education. • Prior experience working with children is essential.
