This full-time role allows you to make a significant difference in the lives of elementary students while creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Position Overview: • Caseload: Elementary students with special needs • Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week • Location: Onsite in Swainsboro, GA Key Responsibilities: • Offer personalized support to students with disabilities within a general education classroom. • Work alongside general education teachers to ensure students’ needs are met through appropriate accommodations and modifications. • Design, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). • Promote both academic success and social development for students. • Maintain detailed records of student progress and report regularly.
