Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and general accounting functions. Collaborate closely with the VP of Finance to execute year-end bonus strategies and support growth initiatives. Facilitate day-to-day financial operations to ensure precision and efficiency. Required Skills Proficiency in accounting tools such as Great Plains, Paramount, Workday, and Adaptive Insights. Strong analytical capabilities, enabling effective navigation of complex financial scenarios and robust problem-solving. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is essential. CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
