Responsibilities · Answer incoming phone calls with a positive and friendly attitude, accurately taking messages and helping customers. · Communicate billing information to customers, process payments, handle policy changes, and update account and policy details independently. · Utilize various communication channels (email, phone, chat) to interact with State Farm support departments, ensuring timely relay of information and updates to customers. · Accurately document all customer interactions, including calls, emails, and text exchanges, using a customer relationship management software.
