About the position The Director of SaaS Sales at Capital One Software is a leadership role focused on driving revenue growth through enterprise software sales. This position involves overseeing a team of sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners, particularly in the East Coast market. The role requires a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the cloud data management landscape and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of individual contributors to achieve and exceed sales quotas. , • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to develop the team's skills and ensure high levels of productivity. , • Hire, develop, and retain a world-class sales force. , • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. , • Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and customer success teams to maximize sales opportunities. , • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the East Coast market. , • Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the East Coast market. , • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
