FACETS Functional Analyst - CareFirst BCBS - Stellent IT - USA - work from home job Company: Stellent IT Job description: Job Title: FACETS Functional Analyst Location: 100% Remote Job type: Long Term Contract (W2/C2C) Must have Facets (834 a plus) Nasco is a nice to have but not required This is a functional analyst position not a traditional BA ( there will be some requirements writing but not a lot). There is a ticketing system that deals with errors and they research and resolve errors according to the SOPs. This is NOT a senior role. 4-5 year type person PURPOSE: Accomplishes Operations Objectives by analyzing operations; identifying project phases and elements, describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram; studying system capabilities; preparing system requirements; reporting analysis, conducting training; writing business requirements for scripting/documentation, data validation for internal/external audits. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 35% Prepares operations information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends for internal/external audits, root cause analysis to identify efficiencies and opportunities for improvement. 25% Identifies operations project requirements by interviewing customers (both internal/external); analyzing operations; determining project scope; documenting results; identifying phases and elements, 20% Prepares customers to use system by conducting training; writing documentation; providing support and help. 15% Develops operation problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram; studying system capabilities; analyzing alternative solutions; preparing functional specifications. 5% Review/Research operations systems by analyzing and resolving problems; reviewing system integrity and security; establishing and enforcing operation standards.

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Education Details: Business Administration or related field Business Administration Experience: 2 years experience as a Functional Analyst OR 4 years experience in (level 2 or above) operational role. In Lieu of Education In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Preferred Qualifications 7-9 years experience in an operations role preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and similar applications, Advanced Ability to create graphics and report to non-technical audiences., Advanced Self-starter and ability to collaborate in a team environment., Advanced Excellent communication skills both written and verbal., Advanced The incumbent is required to immediately disclose any debarment, exclusion, or other event that makes them ineligible to perform work directly or indirectly on Federal health care programs. Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time.
