Job Overview Join our esteemed boutique tax firm as a fully remote Tax Manager. We are dedicated to providing a comprehensive suite of tax, accounting, and audit/assurance services to a diverse national client base. This is an exceptional opportunity for seasoned tax professionals who are eager to leverage their expertise in a dynamic remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and conduct thorough reviews of various tax returns, including S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, and Individual filings. Address intricate tax matters, with a specific focus on real estate transactions, including 754 elections and 1031 exchanges. Collaborate with clients spanning multiple industries, such as construction, real estate, manufacturing, service, and technology. Play an integral role in the ongoing growth and prosperity of the firm. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in public accounting. Profound knowledge of tax principles with a demonstrated ability to apply them effectively. Proven experience working with clients generating revenues between (10 million and )100 million. Strong technical capabilities, including managing an annual volume of 300-500 tax returns. Active CPA or EA license. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, results-oriented approach to work. Qualifications Active CPA or EA license is required. Extensive experience and expertise in tax preparation and compliance. Strong background in navigating complex tax issues.
