You will be speaking with customers on the phone and willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients. The right candidate can expect to make $60k-$90k a year. Responsibilities depending on Service or Sales role Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
