Your Role: As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you’ll take the lead in building and managing a loan pipeline, developing referral networks, and guiding clients through mortgage solutions that meet their unique needs. Your contributions will directly fuel our company’s growth in PA and NJ. What You’ll Do: • Client Relations: Build relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, and clients in the PA & NJ regions. • Pipeline Management: Originate and manage mortgage loans, including pre-qualifications, applications, and closings. • Expert Guidance: Help clients navigate mortgage products and find the best solutions for their financial needs. • Market Strategy: Stay ahead of local real estate trends, lending guidelines, and regulations in PA & NJ. • Marketing & Outreach: Participate in online campaigns, community events, and webinars to expand your client base. • Collaboration: Work with underwriting and processing teams to ensure a seamless loan process. Qualifications: • Active Mortgage Loan Originator License (NMLS) in PA and NJ (preferred but not required). • 1+ experience in mortgage lending, real estate, or financial services. (preferred but not required). • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
