Position Overview As a Client Success Associate (CSS) you are on the front lines representing our company to our consumer advertisers, newspaper and funeral director clients via phone, email and ticket system interactions. On a daily basis the CSS works with private party advertisers and funeral director customers to optimize their use of our web based obituary placement applications and with thousands of media site partners to facilitate delivery of obituary orders from Adpay Memoriams to their newspaper sites. This is a full-time temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent. Candidates must be open to working Tuesday – Saturday OR Sunday - Thursday weekly schedule during the hours of 6am to 6pm MST. Starting pay 20/hour, depending on experience. The Adpay office is located in Centennial, CO. After completion of in office training this position will work from home/remote. Local candidates preferred. Responsibilities • Assist media site partners with account management, custom configuration options of our Saas products, and customized obituary delivery. • Work collaboratively with members of all other departments to support customers' needs and to make improvements and recommendations for how the company can deliver a VIP client experience. • Utilize web-based applications to service clients, including several proprietary systems in addition to SmarterTrack (customer support ticketing system) and Fogbugz (internal trouble ticket application) • Assist clients by phone, live chat and email with the ability to learn and be comfortable with “technical talk” • Provide professional top-tier service to every client you engage with Requirements • Must be able to regularly work evenings and weekends • 1 year of previous customer service experience • Quiet, noise free home office/workspace that is free of distractions • Must have and be able to maintain an uninterrupted high speed internet connection • Experience and expertise prioritizing multiple requests to deliver on-time project commitments • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal • Excellent leadership, problem solving, and time management skills. • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed • Flexibility and comfort level with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google tools (Google Docs). • Familiarity or experience with any kind of automated data delivery processes like FTP, RPC, or web services a plus Powered by JazzHR Expected salary: $20 per hour Location: Centennial, CO Apply for the job now!
