Position Overview Position Goal: The Admissions Data Analyst will be responsible for creation and maintenance of all reporting needs from a recruitment and enrollment perspective for the college. They will play an integral part in working with Main Campus departments to ensure staff receive accurate information regarding the recruitment and enrollment funnel at each campus location. Position Responsibilities

• Update and distribute key metrics reporting weekly.

• Provide analysis, and highlight areas for review by department leaders, for improved effectiveness of the enrollment process. • Works strategically with the other Admissions Support Analysts in development and design of newly requested operational reports. • Works closely with Main Campus Admissions, Marketing, and Operations departments for timely execution and delivery of reporting needs. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of. Experience: Minimum one year proficiency with SQL. Special Qualifications: Knowledge of CRM and SIS systems specifically in the higher education field. Special consideration given to experience working with Ellucian Recruit, Colleague, Microsoft Power BI, and SSRS. Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills. Physical/Mental Demands & Work Environment: Must be able to sit at a desk for eight hours at a time. Some travel may be required. Degree of Supervision: Minimal.
