HTST Production Operator, full-time - 2nd shift

Arps Dairy, Inc. is currently looking to add more amazing members to our team! Our HTST operators are responsible for processing milk, weighing, cleaning, sanitizing and prepping for the next day while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in order to maintain food safety and high quality products to our customers. This is a full-time position that starts at 5pm on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, but schedules are subject to change at any time based on current need. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent with the most ideal candidates also having HTST experience in a dairy or food processing facility, but we do offer on the job training. Candidates must also: • have strong math, analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills • have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds unassisted • be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and working in hot and cold climates • Dairy processing experience is a plus If this sounds like something you'd be a good fit for, we encourage you to apply and include a copy of your current resume!
