Role: Full-Stack Sales Leader (SDR to Closer) We're seeking a Full-Stack Sales Leader to build and execute our sales strategy from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who can generate leads, build relationships with healthcare decision-makers, and close deals while creating our long-term sales framework. Working directly with founders, you'll identify and engage target customers—including primary care offices, private practices, virtual care groups, and hospital systems. The ideal candidate has proven success selling to healthcare organizations and expertise in building scalable sales systems. What You'll Do: • Lead Generation and Outreach: • Build targeted lists of healthcare organizations, including primary care offices like One Medical, independent practices, and virtual care groups. • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) to connect with practice administrators, care managers, and physician leaders. • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for yourself or the founders. • Pipeline Ownership and Deal Closing: • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts with healthcare organizations. • Navigate complex decisions involving multiple stakeholders. • Create tailored proposals and presentations for healthcare organizations, especially those serving Medicare patients. • Sales Strategy and Playbook Development: • Partner with founders to refine our go-to-market strategy and messaging. • Develop a repeatable sales playbook with objection-handling guides, outreach scripts, and follow-up workflows. • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics to drive continuous improvement. What You'll Need: • Proven Sales Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, including 2+ years selling to healthcare organizations (primary care offices, virtual practices, hospital systems, or similar). • Healthcare Expertise: Deep understanding of healthcare buyers' needs and challenges, especially organizations serving Medicare patients or managing care coordination. • Pipeline Management Skills: Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. • Strategic Thinking: Track record of improving sales processes, creating playbooks, and increasing outreach and closing rates. • Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to communicate value propositions and connect with healthcare decision-makers.
