As an AI Developer on the Continued Service Improvement (CSI) contract, you will support the Department of Defense (DoD) and DHA by developing innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance system capabilities for approximately 24,000 users. The role involves developing chatbots, coding, and creating AI-based tools to improve operational support, while collaborating with a dynamic team that is committed to providing impactful technology for DoD operations worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement AI-based solutions (e.g., chatbots) to enhance system functionality and improve user interaction. Assist with system architecture development to ensure smooth integration with DoD systems. Contribute to coding and software development efforts using languages such as Python and JavaScript. Provide Tier III Help Desk support as needed, addressing complex issues and providing technical assistance. Participate in independent system testing (validation and verification) to ensure the reliability and performance of the technology. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and improve documentation and processes. Support innovative learning and training delivery through system improvements. Contribute to a mission-critical contract with the Department of Defense and the Defense Health Agency. Collaborate with a dynamic, innovative team focused on delivering impactful AI solutions. Play a key role in shaping the future of global medical logistics and healthcare operations. This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Other duties may be required. Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain federal clearance. At least 4 years of relevant AI development experience. Proven experience in chatbot development and other AI technologies. Proficiency in coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages). Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely with diverse teams. Experience working in an Agile environment with Jira and Confluence for project management and ticket tracking Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Defense Health Agency or Department of Defense systems. Knowledge of system testing, validation, and verification processes.Understanding of agile logistics capabilities and how they integrate into medical operations.
