About the position The Technology Architect role at Cognizant is a hybrid position focused on designing and implementing technology solutions using Boomi Flow and Boomi B2B. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data flow and process automation while collaborating with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives. This position requires extensive experience in the Boomi platform and offers opportunities for mentorship and leadership within the team. Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions using Boomi Flow and Boomi B2B. , • Oversee the integration of various systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. , • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices are followed. , • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. , • Develop and maintain architecture documentation to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals. , • Ensure the scalability and performance of technology solutions to meet future business needs. , • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and identify areas for improvement. , • Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. , • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. , • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our solutions. , • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget. , • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning. , • Contribute to the development of technology roadmaps to guide future investments and initiatives. Requirements • 10 to 12 years of experience in technology architecture, specifically with Boomi Flow and Boomi B2B. , • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability. , • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. , • Deep understanding of system integration and data flow processes. , • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technology solutions. , • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. , • Domain expertise in Payer is preferred. , • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. , • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. , • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. , • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. , • Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements. Nice-to-haves • Experience in a hybrid work model to ensure effective collaboration. , • UKG Pro WFM experience in creating and mapping APIs and building pipelines. , • UKG Boomi Integration Empowerment certification.
