Key Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with client managers to ascertain staffing requirements and keep them updated on the progress of applicants. • Support drivers in completing client/carrier applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted. • Arrange and coordinate orientation logistics, including travel and accommodation, while addressing any unforeseen challenges. • Execute administrative tasks and assist with additional team needs as required. Required Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in collaborative work environments. • Basic knowledge of customer service principles. • Experience in recruiting or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
