About the Client: Our client, a leading company in the online high-ticket coaching space, is looking for elite closers to join their top-performing remote sales team. This W2, full-time, remote role is designed for experienced high-ticket closers who thrive in one-call close environments. You’ll be closing inbound leads who have already invested in an entry-level offer, guiding them toward a higher-level program. All leads are pre-qualified—no cold calling required. The sales process is highly structured, with a proven 50%+ close rate on a $7,800 offer. What You’ll Do • Conduct 5-6 high-quality, one-call close consultations daily via Zoom. • Use a consultative, high-ticket sales approach to enroll clients into advanced coaching programs. • Maintain rigorous CRM tracking, follow-ups, and pipeline management. • Participate in daily team meetings, training, and performance reviews to continuously refine your skills. • Thrive in a high-accountability, performance-driven sales culture with clear KPIs. Who We’re Looking For • Proven one-call close experience in high-ticket sales ($5K+ offers preferred). • Ability to hit and exceed sales KPIs, maintaining a minimum 50% close rate. • Full-time availability, including weekend shifts • Strong work ethic and coachability—willing to follow a structured, high-performance sales process. • Located in U.S. or Canada preferred (top international candidates may be considered). • Professional, camera-ready presence for Zoom sales calls. Compensation & Benefits • Base salary with a recoverable draw, plus commissions. • Top performers earn $30K-$40K+ per month, with some exceeding $75K in peak months. • Full-time W2 position (U.S.-based candidates) with benefits after 90 days (401k match, insurance, PTO). • No cap on earnings—your income is directly tied to performance. • All sales are paid in full upfront, ensuring strong cash flow and reliable commissions.
