Highest Paid Commissions, Roofing and Home Service Sales

We are looking for our next $1 Million dollar salesperson to drive our business to the next level. We pay our sales professionals more than any other roofing contractor in the Atlanta area. Because our commission structure you can expect to make a minimum of $200,000 per year. Our top performers make well over $300,000 per year. We are only interested in the best. You must have prior experience in roofing sales AND door to door sales. At our company you don’t do the labor and you don't have to climb roofs. You just sell the jobs. Qualifications • Experience in roofing sales, door to door sales, solar sales. • Self-motivated, money-driven, multi tasker • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to listen and take advice • Outgoing personality • Someone who likes to win, but hates to lose even more • Must be comfortable dealing face-to-face with customers • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. • Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule) • Must have a smartphone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections Primary job responsibilities include: • Development and coordination of marketing strategies • Promotion of products and services to prospective and existing clients • Delivery of sales presentations to homeowners seeking exterior remodeling products • Participation in ongoing training camps weekly • Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage. • Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and sign restoration agreements • Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages • Marketing/lead generation for new prospects Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid training • Professional development assistance
