About the position The Healthcare Customer Service Representative role at Teleperformance USA is a remote position designed for recent UMA graduates. The primary purpose of this role is to field customer inquiries and provide innovative solutions to various questions, issues, and concerns related to healthcare services. Representatives will engage with customers through multiple communication channels, ensuring a high level of service and support while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
