This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding customers through technical support, and ensuring accurate case creation for identity restoration. Responsibilities Handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing top-tier customer service efficiently. , Assist subscribers with potential cases of identity theft and provide guidance on products and technical support. , Initiate Zendesk tickets for the IT department and ensure accurate case creation and notation for restoration cases. , Identify next steps required for subscribers through active listening and problem-solving skills. , Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers. Requirements Local to Arizona with the ability to commute to the office regularly. , Minimum one year of call center experience. , High School Diploma or GED. , Availability to work a scheduled shift consistently. , Strong formal oral and written communication skills. , Dependability and strong work ethic. , Passion for providing great customer experience. , Highly adaptable and focused on self-development. , Ability to navigate multiple software applications. , High proficiency in typing skills and computer comprehension.
