Kaizen CPAs + Advisors is seeking a bookkeeper to join our successful CPA firm. Our bookkeepers: Working under the supervision of the manager, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annually compiled financial statements for numerous small business clients. Manage multiple clients concurrently, assist clients with accounting payroll and basic software issues, and establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by communicating clearly and professionally. Qualifications Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred, but not required to apply 1-3 years experience preferred, but not required to apply A strong knowledge of QuickBooks is required. Certifications in Desktop or Online preferred, if not obtained the desire to obtain is required.
