Responsibilities • Engage in outbound calling to prospective clients to promote our products and services. • Provide exceptional client services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve collective goals. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using computerized systems. • Assist in training and mentoring junior sales representatives, sharing best practices for success. • Communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for enhancing client interactions.
