Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with client managers to pinpoint staffing requirements and keep them updated on the progress of applicants. • Guide drivers through the application process with clients and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. • Plan and coordinate orientation logistics, managing travel, accommodations, and addressing any unforeseen challenges. • Execute administrative tasks and provide support for additional team functions as needed. Required Skills • Excellent communication capabilities • Strong organizational skills to manage orientations and logistical arrangements • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with client managers • Customer service experience is advantageous, while familiarity with recruiting or logistics is beneficial but not mandatory Qualifications • No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided • Must be available during regular business hours • Previous experience in customer service, recruiting, or logistics is a plus, though not essential
