Job Description: We are interviewing paraprofessionals in South Burlington, VT! We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for our students. This role involves supporting teachers, assisting students with their daily activities, and contributing to the overall educational experience. Details: Full Time Opportunities Onsite Only ASAP - June 2025 Several Openings Caseload: 1:1 Aide with Special Education elementary students Hourly Pay: $20-24+ (depending on level of experience) Responsibilities: Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional support Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment Support students with special needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum Assist students with toileting/diapering if needed Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as recess or lunch Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a paraprofessional certification preferred Experience working with special education students preferred Must be comfortable with commute and have reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student learning Perks: Insurance package: Medical, Dental and Vision 401K Matching Weekly W2 Pay If this sounds like a good fit, please apply down below with an updated resume.
