Key Responsibilities • Oversee financial operations across diverse global manufacturing facilities to ensure operational effectiveness and alignment with corporate objectives. • Lead strategic planning efforts, including capital investments and financial modeling, to foster long-term growth and profitability. • Manage the global consolidation of Operations Finance figures, ensuring accuracy and uniformity across various regions. • Support budgeting, cost performance analysis, and forecasting processes to facilitate informed business decisions. • Collaborate closely with the Controllership team to ensure efficient and precise monthly financial closing procedures. • Provide financial leadership to operations teams, guiding them in reporting, performance analysis, and capital investment projects. • Deliver timely ad-hoc financial insights and analyses to promote operational excellence. Required Skills • Proficiency in strategic financial planning and modeling. • Strong foundation in manufacturing finance and operations. • Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Demonstrated ability to enhance operational growth and efficiency.
