RN-Registered Nurse, Virtual- Remote

Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations. Educate patients and their families about care processes, infusion therapies, and symptom management. Provide ongoing virtual nursing support, addressing any concerns and ensuring the safe delivery of care. Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health, infusion, or telehealth nursing. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
