Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Leader to join our team as the Director of Marketing, focusing on the SaaS and Microsoft Partner sector. This remote position will allow you to drive growth and elevate our brand presence within a thriving industry while working closely with our Chief Growth Officer. Key Responsibilities ? Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and fostering customer engagement within the SMB market. ? Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overarching company objectives while cultivating strong partnerships, particularly with Microsoft and other pivotal industry entities. ? Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals, nurturing an environment of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. ? Conduct thorough market analysis to glean insights into industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape, refining our unique value proposition accordingly. ? Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, events, and content initiatives to attract qualified leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel. ? Amplify brand awareness through compelling storytelling and consistent messaging across all marketing platforms and materials. ? Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing initiatives are in sync with business goals while forging strategic alliances with industry partners. Required Skills ? Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in marketing within SaaS, technology, or B2B domains. ? Demonstrated success in crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive business growth. ?
