Remote Customer Support - Inbound Phone Calls - Insurance (4608)
ModSquad has partnered with a great client that creates and supports software platforms for various insurance agencies. As a member of this team, you will assist a variety of customers over the phone, providing support for their insurance company that utilizes this software. Your main tasks will include gathering and verifying information, entering data into forms, and answering questions about insurance policies. Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday: 4 AM - 5 PM PST Hourly Rate: To be discussed in the interview phase Commitment: 10 hours per week. 5 of those 10 hours must be self-scheduled on the weekend. 90 days (as needed) What We Are Looking For? ? Candidates with data entry experience. ? Candidates with high-volume call support experience. ? Candidates who can type 45 WPM ? Candidates who are strong multi-taskers. Workspace Requirements ? Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (sorry, no macs or Chromebooks for this opportunity) ? Willingness to install ModSquad's security software on your computer and mobile device ? Willingness to install AWS on your computer ? Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures ? Stable broadband internet connection of 50 MBS or greater ? 8 GB RAM or better ? Dual monitors highly recommended ?
