What You Will Be Doing Crafting viral content that disrupts traditional views on gifted education. Developing a robust knowledge base on the latest research and trends in the field. Creating engaging daily short-form content (tweets, threads, videos) and insightful weekly long-form content (podcasts, blogs, spaces). Representing gt.school at industry events and networking with education leaders. Enhancing AI-generated content to maximize our reach and impact. What You Wont Be Doing Promoting small tweaks to the existing educational system. Churning out generic educational content that lacks impact. Prioritizing enrichment activities over acceleration strategies. Staying behind the scenes this role demands visible thought leadership. Gifted Education Consultant Key Responsibilities Lead the charge in building and energizing the largest community dedicated to gifted education, uniting parents, educators, and advocates in unlocking the full potential of gifted students. Basic Requirements Demonstrated success in cultivating an engaged social media audience of 1,000+ followers. Firsthand experience with gifted education, whether as a parent, former student, professional, or advocate. Residency in the US with a comprehensive understanding of the gifted education sector. Exceptional skills in multimedia content creation and storytelling. Confidence in public speaking across different platforms. Readiness for occasional travel to conferences and industry events. Working with Crossover This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
