This role allows you to deliver specialized instruction to students across Michigan while working remotely. Job Description: • Provide individualized special education services via our secure online platform • Design and deliver engaging virtual lessons for students with various exceptionalities • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with the student's support network • Utilize assistive technology and digital resources to enhance learning experiences • Monitor and document student progress toward educational goals Required Qualifications: • Valid special education teaching credential in Michigan • Strong knowledge of special education laws and best practices • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build rapport with students in a virtual environment • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace Additional Information: • Full-time and part-time schedules available • Comprehensive training provided • Supportive team environment with regular collaboration Two years of virtual teaching experience is highly valued but not mandatory.
