Responsibilities

Configure Verifiable’s SaaS solutions for clients

Collaborate with Implementation Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure that implementation projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard

Provide technical support to clients during the implementation process

Learn the Verifiable product and platform to operate as an expert and trusted technical resource for customers and internal teams

Perform troubleshooting and debugging of technical issues as needed

Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the implementation process

Participate in testing and quality assurance activities

Stay up-to-date with the latest SaaS technologies and industry trends

Develop and maintain Salesforce automation, data, security, and operational best practices.

Requirements

3+ years of experience implementing and configuring SaaS solutions for clients

Strong technical skills in SaaS technologies (Salesforce required)

Experience with cloud-based systems and integrations

Understanding of Salesforce sharing model and how to set up users, profiles, roles, reports, and dashboards in the Salesforce platform

Understanding of data migration leveraging the Apex Data Loader

Experience with Salesforce flow automation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service

Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
