Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or online chat environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong typing skills and the ability to type accurately and quickly. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
