InnoTech Summer Undergraduate Internship – Pharmacy Services – Software Engineer

Join CVS Health's 11-week internship to enhance healthcare technology through software engineering. Your Role: Key responsibilities include: • Building and delivering software to enhance customer experiences. • Participating in all phases of software engineering, from requirements analysis to deployment. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. • Designing and implementing software architecture components. • Deploying and maintaining large-scale software in production. • Writing and executing unit tests, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting issues. About You: Candidates should possess the following: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2025 and August 2026. • Knowledge of object-oriented programming/design, algorithms, and data structures. • Strong grasp of CS fundamentals and their application in coding. • Basic understanding and experience in Java, JavaScript, and associated frameworks. • Working knowledge of HTML and web technologies. • General knowledge of front-end and back-end languages. • Coursework in SQL and relational database concepts. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated and able to quickly learn new technologies. • Leadership experience and interest in a full-time position at CVS Health post-graduation. Compensation & Benefits: • Hourly rate of $23.00 per hour for 40 hours per week. • July 4th off as a company holiday and two days of paid leave. • Hybrid work model with three days in-office and two days remote. • Potential housing stipend based on eligibility.
