Network Engineer
Description: Location - Round Rock, Texas Employment Type - Full-Time Doota Industrial America is a leading provider of telecom infrastructure solutions, delivering high performance network and security services to support our operations. We are seeking a highly skilled Network & Security Engineer with CCIE (preferred) or CCNP (required) to oversee network architecture, security services, and infrastructure management at our home office. Requirements: Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure network security and compliance with industry best practices, protecting company systems and data from cyber threats.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Oversee LAN/WAN, wireless networking, and cloud connectivity for multiple locations.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for network and security issues.
- Implement network automation and monitoring tools to improve efficiency and uptime.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage hardware, software, and network services.
- Stay updated on emerging network technologies and security threats to recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications
- CCIE (Preferred) or CCNP (Required) with extensive experience in enterprise networking and security.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering, architecture, or security.
- Deep expertise in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS).
- Strong hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network access control.
- Knowledge of SD-WAN, wireless networking, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in telecom infrastructure or industrial networking environments.
- Bilingual in Korean is a plus but not required.
